<span><span>Anpassung an sich ändernde Anforderungen an das Pfandbriefgeschäft sowie Stärkung und Erhalt der internationalen Spitzenstellung des deutschen Pfandbriefs: technische Änderungen, Erweiterung verschiedener Geschäftsfelder, Verbesserung der Konsortialfinanzierung, Einführung des Flugzeugpfandbriefs, Anpassung und verursachungsgerechtere Ausgestaltung der Umlageerhebung zur Finanzierung der BaFin;<br /> Änderung, Einfügung und Aufhebung versch. §§ von sechs Gesetzen und vier Rechtsverordnungen<br /> <br /> Es ergeben sich keine Auswirkungen auf die öffentlichen Haushalte.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Änderungen u. a. zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit des Pfandbriefs, zur Deckungsmasse und zum Insolvenzverfahren<br /> <br /> <strong>Bezug: </strong>Siehe auch GESTA 15.
