Summary
Inkrafttreten an dem Tag, ab dem der Beschluss 2008/633/JI nach seinem Artikel 18 Abs. 2 in Kraft tritt<br /> <hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" /> Innerstaatliche Umsetzung des VIS-Zugangsbeschlusses, Klarstellung der Zuständigkeiten, Erstellung einer Liste zugangsberechtigter Behörden durch das BMI in Abstimmung mit den Ländern, Gewährung eines Zugangs zum Visa-Informationssystem nur zur Verhütung, Aufdeckung oder Ermittlung terroristischer oder sonstiger schwerwiegender Straftaten, Datenschutzkontrolle, Protokollierung jeder Abfrage durch das Bundesverwaltungsamt <span>Kosten werden aus den zur Verfügung stehen Haushaltsmitteln gedeckt. Die Höhe ist derzeit noch nicht abschließend bezifferbar.<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Bezug: </span>Beschluss 2008/633/JI des Rates vom 23. Juni 2008 über den Zugang der benannten Behörden der Mitgliedstaaten und von Europol zum Visa-Informationssystem (VIS) für Datenabfragen zum Zwecke der Verhütung, Aufdeckung und Ermittlung terroristischer und sonstiger schwerwiegender Straftaten (ABl. EG Nr. L 218, 13.08.2008, S. 129)</span>
