Änderung des Stiftungszwecks der Conterganstiftung, Umstrukturierung der Stiftung, Regelungen zur Auszahlung, automatisierte Anpassung der monatlichen finanziellen Unterstützung an die gesetzlichen Renten, zusätzliche jährliche Sonderzahlungen, Änderung der Ausschlussfrist für die Geltendmachung von Leistungen; Änderung versch. §§ Conterganstiftungsgesetz; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: redaktionelle Änderungen, Wahl des Begriffs "Conterganrente" zur Unterscheidung zur sonstigen Verwendung des Begriffs "Rente", Regelung zum Stiftungsvorstand und Leistungsbezug im Sinne des Conterganstiftungsgesetzes, Verzicht auf erneute Einführung einer Frist für die Antragstellung auf Leistungen nach dem Conterganstiftungsgesetz, Wegfall der Beschränkung auf maximal acht Kommissionsmitglieder Ab 2010 entstehen Kosten in Höhe von ca. 1 Mio. Euro jährlich.
