<span>Umsetzung von Teilen der Richtlinie 2003/87/EG in der neuesten Fassung: Datenerhebung zur Berichterstattung über Emissionen und Tonnenkilometerdaten im Luftverkehr und über Emissionen für Anlagen ab 2010 zur Vorbereitung der Einbeziehung des Luftverkehrs ab 2012 und zusätzlicher Industrietätigkeiten ab 2013 in den Emissionshandel;<br /> Änderung §§ 19 und 22 sowie Einfügung § 27 Treibhausgas-Emissionshandelsgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Dem Bund entstehen Kosten im Vollzug, die in voller Höhe durch die Veräußerung von Emissionsberechtigungen refinanziert werden.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong><span>Verankerung eines Parlamentsvorbehalts bei der Verordnungsermächtigung zu Co-Hydrotreating entsprechend Entschließungsantrag zu Biokraftstoffen auf BT-Drs 16/12465;<br /> Änderung § 37d Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz</span><br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse: </strong>Richtlinie 2003/87/EG (ABl.
