<span>Neuregelungen zum Assistenzbedarf pflegebedürftiger behinderter Personen im Krankenhaus, Mitaufnahme von privat beschäftigten Pflegekräften bei stationärer Krankenhausbehandlung, Weiterbeschäftigung der Pflegekräfte für die Dauer des Krankenhausaufenthaltes, Regelung zum Zeitraum der Weiterzahlung des Pflegegeldes, einheitliche Regelung der Fahrkostenerstattung der zuständigen Rehabilitationsträger; Aufnahme der Palliativmedizin als Pflichtlehr- und Prüfungsfach im Rahmen des Medizinstudiums in die Approbationsordnung für Ärzte;<br /> Änderung § 11 SGB V, §§ 33 und 53 SGB IX, § 34 SGB XI, § 63 SGB XII sowie drei weiterer Gesetze<br /> <br /> Es entstehen der sozialen Pflegeversicherung jährliche Mehrausgaben in Höhe von ca. 50.000 Euro.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Mitnahme einer Begleitperson und eines Hundes bei der unentgeltlichen Beförderung Schwerbehinderter im öffentlichen Personenverkehr; Regelung über die Hilfe für die Betreuung von körperlich und geistig behinderten Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer Pflegefamilie;<br /> Änderung §§ 28, 54 und 63 SGB XII</span>
