Errichtung einer nationalen Akkreditierungsstelle in Form einer GmbH aufgrund der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 765/2008 zur europäischen Systematisierung und Harmonisierung der Kompetenzfeststellung von Konformitätsbewertungsstellen für Produktprüfungen;<br /> Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Für Bund und Länder fallen Kosten für Errichtung und Unterhalt der Akkreditierungsstelle sowie deren Aufsicht an.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Sonderregelungen zur Zusammenarbeit der Akkreditierungsstelle mit den jetzt schon die Begutachtung durchführenden Behörden in den sensiblen Gesundheits-, Verbraucherschutz- und Sicherheitsbereichen, Einrichtung und Besetzung eines Akkreditierungsausschusses, Vorlage eines Berichts zur Praxis der Akkreditierungsstelle für Mitte 2010; redaktionelle Klarstellungen<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse: </strong>Verordnung (EG) Nr. 765/2008 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 9.
