Anpassung der Bezeichnungen für Weine an die neue gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Wein; geschützte Ursprungsbezeichnungen, geografische Angaben und traditionelle Begriffe für Weine als wesentliches Element der Kennzeichnung der Weine ab 1. August 2009;<br /> Änderung versch. §§ Weingesetz; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> Es entstehen keine Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Umstellung der bisherigen Verweisungen von den Vorschriften der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 479/2008 (GMO Wein) auf die Vorschriften der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 (Verordnung über die einheitliche GMO) zur Aktualisierung der Bezugnahmen auf das nun gültige Gemeinschaftsrecht<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse: </strong>Verordnung (EG) Nr. 479/2008 des Rates vom 29. April 2008 über die gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Wein, zur Änderung der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 1493/1999, (EG) Nr. 1782/2003, (EG) Nr. 1290/2005, (EG) Nr. 3/2008 und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 2392/86 und (EG) Nr. 1493/1999 (ABl. EG Nr. L 148, 06.06.2008, S. 1);<br /> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 des Rates vom 22. Oktober 2007 über eine gemeinsame Organisation der Agrarmärkte und mit Sondervorschriften für bestimmte landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse (Verordnung über die einheitliche GMO) (ABl. EG Nr.
