Summary

Inhalt: Ausweitung der Regelungsbefugnisse der Bundesländer im Weinbau, um regionalen Gegebenheiten Rechnung zu tragen, Abweichungsmöglichkeit vom Grundsatz, dass Wiederbepflanzungsrechte nicht von einem in ein anderes Anbaugebiet übertragbar sind, Unterstützung des Steillagenweinanbaus durch Saldierung der Hektarerträge aus Steillagen und Flachlagen, bezeichnungsrechtliche Änderungen (z.B. Prädikatswein statt Qualitätswein mit Prädikat), Änderungen zum Deutschen Weinfonds; Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Weingesetz Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen zwingend keine Kosten. Bei Nutzung des Gesetzes können den Ländern Kosten im Vollzug entstehen. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Erweiterung der Definition von Verarbeitungswein, Zuerkennung des Prädikats Kabinett auch bei Ernte aus mehreren Bereichen, aufgabenbezogene und administrative Änderungen betr. den Deutschen Weinfonds Nebenschlagwörter: Länder der Bundesrepublik Deutschland/Ausweitung der Regelungsbefugnisse der Länder im Weinbau * Deutscher Weinfonds/ Änderungen zum Deutschen Weinfonds * Weinbau/Drittes Gesetz zur Änderung des Weingesetzes
