<strong>Bezug:</strong> Beschlüsse der Internationalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation (IMO) auf der Diplomatischen Konferenz vom 9. bis 12. Dezember 2002 in London zu Änderungen des SOLAS-Übereinkommens (vorbeugender Schutz der Schifffahrt vor terroristischen Anschlägen), Umsetzung durch: Gesetz zur Änderung des Internationalen Übereinkommens von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See und zum Internationalen Code für die Gefahrenabwehr auf Schiffen und in Hafenanlagen vom 22.12.2003, BGBl II, Nr. 38 S. 2018 und: Gesetz zur Ausführung der im Dezember 2002 vorgenommenen Änderungen des Internationalen Übereinkommens von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See und des Internationalen Codes für die Gefahrenabwehr auf Schiffen und in Hafenanlagen vom 25.6.2004, BGBl I, Nr. 31 S. 1389<br />Die Vorlage wurde bereits in der 15. WP eingebracht (s. GESTA 15. WP 2c-J48) <p><strong>Europäische Impulse:</strong> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 725/2004 vom 31. März 2004 zur Erhöhung der Gefahrenabwehr auf Schiffen und in Hafenanlagen (ABl. EG Nr. L 129, 29.04.2004, S. 6) </p> <p><strong>Inhalt:</strong> Schaffung zusätzlicher Betretungsrechte zur Erhöhung der Gefahrenabwehr auf Schiffen und in Hafenanlagen (insbesondere zur Abwehr terroristischer Bedrohung); Änderung §§ 1, 5 und 8, Einfügung § 8a Seeaufgabengesetz.<br />Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. </p> <p><strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Schiff/Schaffung neuer Betretungsrechte zur Gefahrenabwehr * Hafen/ Schaffung neuer Betretungsrechte zur Gefahrenabwehr </p> <p> </p>
