Bezug: Die Vorlage wurde bereits in der 15. WP eingebracht (s. GESTA 15. WP 2c-E88) Europäische Impulse: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 808/2004 vom 21. April 2004 über Gemeinschaftsstatistiken zur Informationsgesellschaft (ABl. EG Nr. L 143, 30.04.2004, S. 49) Inhalt: Umsetzung von Vorschriften der EU zur Erstellung von Gemeinschaftsstatistiken über die Nutzung von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie durch Unternehmen, Haushalte und natürliche Personen, jährliche Meldung der Statistiken an das Statistische Amt der Gemeinschaft (Eurostat). Es entstehen jährliche Kosten von ca. 1,2 Mio. Euro. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Datenübermittlungsregelung für Zwecke der Planung.
