WP 2c-C151)<br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Einfügung § 241b Strafgesetzbuch: Strafbarkeit der Nachstellung mit einer Freiheitsstrafe von bis zu drei Jahren; Änderung §§ 374 und 395 Strafprozessordnung.<br /> Finanzielle Auswirkungen auf den Bundeshaushalt sind nicht zu erwarten.<br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Stalking-Regelung in § 238 statt § 241b Strafgesetzbuch, Einfügung einer der Bedrohung vergleichbaren Handlung in das Strafrecht, Schutz für den Opfern nahestehende Personen und Angehörige.<br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Strafrechtsänderungsgesetz/Gesetz zur Strafbarkeit beharrlicher Nachstellungen (40.
