<strong>Inhalt:</strong> Streichung § 6 und § 8 sowie Änderung § 5 und § 7 (jetzt § 6) Regionalisierungsgesetz: Festsetzung der Regionalisierungsmittel für die Jahre 2008 bis 2014, 2014 als Festsetzungstermin für die Betragsregelungen ab 2015, Berichtspflicht der Länder über die Mittelverwendung an den Bund.
