Summary
<span>Möglichkeit einer nachträglich Anordnung der Sicherungsverwahrung auch bei Verurteilungen nach Jugendstrafrecht in Fällen schwerster Verbrechen gegen das Leben, die körperliche Unversehrtheit oder die sexuelle Selbstbestimmung sowie in Fällen von Raubtaten oder Erpressungstaten mit Todesfolge;</span><br /> <span>Änderung §§ 7, 41, 82 und 106 Jugendgerichtsgesetz, § 275a Strafprozessordnung sowie §§ 74f und 120a Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz</span><br /> <br /> <span>Im Vollzug entstehen den Bundesländern wahrscheinlich geringfügige Mehrbelastungen.</span>
