Summary

Anpassungen der verschiedenen Zulassungsverfahren für Pflanzenschutzmittel, Einsatz von Pflanzenschutzmitteln unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Schutzes wild lebender Tiere und Pflanzen, Aufzeichnungspflicht bei Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln in Landwirtschaft, Forstwirtschaft und Gartenbau, Regelungen zur Bezeichnung und Kennzeichnung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln (Vertriebserweiterungen); Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Pflanzenschutzgesetz; Ergänzung und Anfügung § 1 und § 6 sowie Aufhebung § 8 BVL-Gesetz: Beteiligung und Mitwirkung anderer Bundeseinrichtungen als dem Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit an gebührenpflichtigen Amtshandlungen; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Es entstehen geringfügige Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschussempfehlung: redaktionelle Korrekturen und Klarstellungen; Erteilung von Ausnahmegenehmigungen von den Geboten in § 6 Abs. 1 Pflanzenschutzgesetz, Verkürzung der Aufbewahrungsfrist der Aufzeichnungen über angewandte Pflanzenschutzmittel, Einführung einer Abverkaufsfrist, Umgang mit Eigenimporten von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Einräumung einer Aufbrauchfrist, generelle Beratungspflicht, Präzisierung der Aufgaben des Bundesamtes für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit u.a. Europäische Impulse: EuGH-Urteil (C-98/03 vom Januar 2006) hinsichtlich des Schutzes besonders geschützter Tiere und Pflanzen; Verordnung (EG) Nr. 852/2004 (ABl. EG Nr. L 139, 30.04.2004, S. 1), Verordnung (EG) Nr. 183/2005 (ABl. EG Nr. L 35, 08.02.2005, S. 1), Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1004/2003 (ABl. EG Nr.
