Ablösung des geltenden Vieh- und Fleischgesetzes von 1977 durch ein zeitgemäßes Fleischgesetz: Streichung aller Regelungen hinsichtlich der Lebendvermarktung von Schlachttieren auf Schlachtviehmärkten sowie Bestimmungen über die Preismeldung auf Fleischmärkten, über den Inhalt der Abrechnung und die Marktverbände; Neuregelung zur Durchführung der Klassifizierung von Schlachtkörpern durch Klassifizierungsunternehmen und Klassifizierer; erforderlich gewordene Anpassungen in §§ 61 und 93 Agrarstatistikgesetz und § 16 Wirtschaftsstrafgesetz 1954<br /> <br /> Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschussempfehlung: Konkretisierung der Ermächtigungsgrundlage für den Erlass von Rechtsverordnungen in Bezug auf Unternehmen der Fleischwirtschaft, Verpflichtung zur Preis- und Gewichtsfeststellung von Schlachtkörpern, ebenso zum Muskelfleischanteil bei Schweinen; Klarstellung zu landesrechtlichen Regelungen bei Abrufverfahren
