Abschaffung der vierteljährlichen Konjunkturbefragungen der Handwerksunternehmen und Ersatz durch Auswertung von Verwaltungsdaten, Anpassung an EG-Recht durch erweiterte Vorschriften in den Bereichen Abwasser- und Abfallentsorgung sowie Dienstleistungswirtschaft, redaktionelle Änderungen; Änderung und Aufhebung versch. §§ von 11 Gesetzen; Neufassungsermächtigungen Die haushaltswirksamen Belastungen der Länder sind im Einzelnen nicht quantifizierbar, im Vollzug sind Kosten durch Änderungen im EG-Recht zu erwarten. <div> </div> Europäische Impulse: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1893/2006 des Rates vom 20. Dezember 2006 zur Aufstellung der statistischen Systematik der Wirtschaftszweige NACE Revision 2 und zur Änderung der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3037/90 des Rates sowie weiterer Verordnungen der EG über bestimmte Bereiche der Statistik (insbesondere Ablösung der Klassifikation NACE Revision 1.1 durch die NACE Revision 2; ABl. EG Nr. L 393, 30.12.2006, S. 1), Verordnung (EG, EURATOM) Nr. 58/97 des Rates vom 20. Dezember 1996 über die strukturelle Unternehmensstatistik (ABl. EG Nr. L 14, 17.01.1997, S. 1)
