Summary

Erweiterung der Beihilfefähigkeit auf Dauerkulturflächen bei Obst, Gemüse, Reben und Baumschulen ab 2008; Festsetzung eines einzelbetrieblichen Referenzbetrags für Obstplantagen und Reb- und Baumschulen anhand objektiver und nicht diskriminierender Kriterien; Änderung §§ 3, 4, 5 und 7 Betriebsprämiendurchführungsgesetz, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis. Es entstehen keine Kosten. Europäische Impulse: Umsetzung der im Juni 2007 vom Agrarrat beschlossenen Reform der Gemeinsamen Marktordnung für Obst und Gemüse durch Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1182/2008 mit besonderen Vorschriften für den Obst- und Gemüsesektor (…) (ABl. EG Nr. L 273, 17.10.2007, S. 1) mit national maßgeblichen Änderungen in der Verordnung (EG) 1782/2003
