Summary

Ratifikation des am 13. Dezember 2007 in Lissabon unterzeichneten Vertrag von Lissabon zur Änderung des Vertrags über die Europäische Union und des Vertrags zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft einschließlich der zugehörigen Protokolle und der Erklärungen der Schlussakte: Stärkung der Handlungsfähigkeit der erweiterten Europäischen Union, des Grundrechtsschutzes durch die Rechtsverbindlichkeit der europäischen Grundrechtecharta sowie der Rechte des Europäischen Parlaments, Schaffung von Mitwirkungsrechten der nationalen Parlamente im Rahmen der Subsidiaritätskontrolle Es entstehen keine unmittelbaren zusätzlichen Kosten für die öffentlichen Haushalte. Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Annahme einer Entschließung betr. Beachtung der Kompetenzabgrenzung und des Subsidiaritätsprinzips gemäß den Bestimmungen des Lissabonner Vertrags, neu geschaffene Rechte des Deutschen Bundestages zur Mitwirkung auf EU-Ebene, justizielle Zusammenarbeit in Strafsachen Bezug: Begleitgesetze s. A003 und A005 Siehe auch B062 mit B113, B114 sowie A006 und A007 Ratifikation des Vertrages über eine Verfassung für Europa s. GESTA 15.
