Umsetzung von EU-Recht: Ablösung des Marktstrukturgesetzes, Durchführung und Novellierung der Regelungen des "Milchpakets" zu Erzeugerorganisationen und deren Vereinigungen (Kartellfreistellung, Einrichtung eines öffentlichen Registers aller Agrarorganisationen), Ergänzung der staatlichen Anerkennung von Branchenverbänden; Konstitutive Neufassung Marktstrukturgesetz unter dem Titel Gesetz zur Weiterentwicklung der Marktstruktur im Agrarbereich (Agrarmarktstrukturgesetz – AgrarMSG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung § 16 Weingesetz sowie §§ 2 und 4 Milch- und Margarinegesetz, Aufhebung Marktstrukturgesetz alte Fassung; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Marktorganisationsgesetz Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 261/2012 vom 14.03.2012 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 im Hinblick auf die Vertragsbeziehungen im Sektor Milch und Milcherzeugnisse (Milchpaket) (ABl.
