Einführung eines sog. Leistungsschutzrechtes für Presseverlage zur Verbesserung des Schutzes von Presseerzeugnissen im Internet: ausschließliches Recht zur gewerblichen öffentlichen Zugänglichmachung als Schutz vor Suchmaschinen und vergleichbaren Diensten, keine Änderung der Nutzungsmöglichkeit anderer Nutzer und Verbraucher; Einfügung §§ 87f, 87g und 87h Urheberrechtsgesetz Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Siebtes Gesetz zur Änderung des Urheberrechtsgesetzes); Einräumung einer knappen aber zweckdienlichen Beschreibung des verlinkten Inhaltes analog zu Vorschaubildern durch Freistellung einzelner Wörter und kleinster Textausschnitte ("Snippets") vom Leistungsschutzrecht zur lizenzfreien Nutzung; Änderung § 87f Urheberrechtsgesetz Bezug: Entscheidungen des Bundesgerichtshofes vom 29. April 2010 und vom 19. Oktober 2011 zu sog. Vorschaubildern (I ZR 69/08 und 140/10)
