Umsetzung der Richtlinie zur Harmonisierung der Schutzdauer des Urheberrechts: Verlängerung der Schutzdauer von Rechten ausübender Künstler und Tonträgerhersteller von 50 auf 70 Jahre, Schaffung eines Kündigungsrechts für Übertragungsverträge, zusätzliche Vergütungsansprüche ausübender Künstler;<br /> Änderung §§ 65, 79 und 85, Einfügung §§ 79a und 137 sowie Neufassung § 82 Urheberrechtsgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2011/77/EU vom 27.
