Summary

Ausdehnung des Anwendungsbereichs des Gesetzes auf die Umsetzung der EU-Verordnung über die Verpflichtungen von Holz und Holzerzeugnisse in Verkehr bringende Marktteilnehmer, Aufgaben und Eingriffsbefugnisse der zuständigen Behörden (Kontrollmaßnahmen und Beschlagnahmung von Holz beim Verdacht auf Verstoß gegen EU-Recht), Zuständigkeiten und Befugnisse der Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung sowie weiterer Bundes- und Landesbehörden, Kontrolle der inländischen Waldbesitzer, Datenaustausch der beteiligten Behörden sowie Straf- und Bußgeldvorschriften;<br /> Änderung versch. §§ Holzhandels-Sicherungs-Gesetz; Ergänzung einer Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 995/2010 vom 20. Oktober 2010 über die Verpflichtungen von Marktteilnehmern, die Holz und Holzerzeugnisse in Verkehr bringen (ABl. L 295, 12. 11.2010, S. 23)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Änderung der Eingangsformel (absolute Mehrheit erforderlich) sowie Änderungen bei Bußgeldvorschriften und Strafvorschriften; Annahme einer Entschließung: Beschluss allgemeiner Verwaltungsvorschriften zur einheitlichen Ausgestaltung der Überwachungstätigkeit der Länder und Einbringung in den Bundesrat möglichst noch in dieser Wahlperiode (Erläuterung der Anforderungen an das Kontrollsystem zur Gewährleistung einheitlicher Kontrollen)
