WP-I010) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Neustrukturierung der Regelungen zur Einkommensberechnung, pauschalierte Ermittlung der Abzüge für Steuern und Sozialabgaben, Statistik zum Elterngeld über den aktuellen Bestand, Ergänzung der Übermittlungsbefugnisse des Statistischen Bundesamtes, redaktionelle und rechtliche Klarstellungen und Anpassungen, Folgeänderungen; Einfügung und Änderung bzw. erneute Änderung versch. §§ Bundeselterngeld- und Elternzeitgesetz, Änderung § 54 Erstes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch sowie Änderung § 1 BAföG-Einkommensverordnung; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Bundeselterngeld- und Elternzeitgesetz
