Weitere Modernisierung des Grundbuchverfahrens durch Umstellung des elektronischen Grundbuches auf eine vollstrukturierte Datenhaltung: Ermächtigung der Landesregierungen zur Einführung eines Datenbankgrundbuches, Einführung oder Zulassung zusätzlicher Darstellungsformen des Grundbuchinhaltes, Überführung des aktuellen Grundbuchinhaltes, grundbuchamtsübergreifende Zuständigkeiten betr. bestimmte Eintragungen, neue Recherchemöglichkeiten und automatisierte Datenübernahme; Auskunftsrecht der Grundstückseigentümer; geringfügige unterstützende Änderungen des allgemeinen Grundbuchrechtes<br /> Änderung versch. §§ sowie Neufassung § 127 und Aufhebung § 117 Grundbuchordnung, Änderung, Neufassung und Einfügung zahlr. §§ sowie Aufhebung § 23 Grundbuchverfügung, Änderung §§ 8, 9 und 10 sowie Aufhebung § 7 und Anlage 2 Wohnungsgrundbuchverfügung, Änderung einzelner §§ in weiteren 6 Gesetzen und 1 Rechtsverordnung<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold">Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</span> Einzeländerungen betr. Protokollierungen im automatisierten Grundbuchabrufverfahren sowie formale Anforderungen an Grundbuchabdrucke; Freigabe von Grundstücken ohne Rückübertragungsansprüche in den neuen Bundesländern zur unbeschränkten Teilnahme am Grundstücksverkehr ab 2017, Eintragung vorhandener Anmeldebelastungen in die Grundbücher; (Bitte um Prüfung einer datenschutzkonformen Erweiterung des Berechtigtenkreises betr. automatisierten Grundbuchabruf sowie einer Erleichterung der Bereinigung der Grundbücher, Berichterstattung an den Rechtsausschuss in 2 Jahren betr. Umsetzung des Datenbankgrundbuchs);<br /> Erneute Änderung §§ 12 und 12c sowie zusätzliche Änderung §§ 133 und 149 Grundbuchordnung, Änderung §§ 93 und 46a sowie zusätzliche Änderung §§ 83 und 85 Grundbuchverfügung, zusätzliche Änderung § 2 Grundstücksverkehrsordnung sowie § 34 und Einfügung § 30b Vermögensgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Siehe auch GESTA C034
