Summary

Angemessene Unterstützung contergangeschädigter Menschen rückwirkend ab 1. Januar 2013: Erhöhung der monatlichen Conterganrenten von maximal 1.152 Euro auf maximal 6.912 Euro, Bereitstellung zusätzlicher Bundesmittel von 30 Mio Euro jährlich zur Deckung spezifischer medizinischer Bedarfe, Anrechnung aller Leistungen ausländischer Staaten auf Leistungen der Conterganstiftung mit Ausnahme der jährlichen Sonderzahlungen, Leistung der Sonderzahlungen ab Antragstellung auf Conterganrente (frühestens ab 2009);<br /> Änderung versch. §§ Conterganstiftungsgesetz<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold">Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</span> Öffentlichkeit der Stiftungsratssitzungen sowie Begründung der Nichtöffentlichkeit bestimmter Tagesordnungspunkte, Klarstellung des Charakters der Leistungsfestsetzung zur Deckung spezifischer Bedarfe als schriftlicher Verwaltungsakt, Freistellung des Einkommens und Vermögens Contergangeschädigter bei Hilfen nach dem Zwölften Buch Sozialgesetzbuch, Evaluation mit Berichterstattung alle zwei Jahre, Änderung des Inkrafttretens
