Ablösung der bisher auf Grundlage der Biozid-Richtlinie 98/8/EG harmonisierten nationalen Regelungen durch die Biozid-Verordnung mit unmittelbar geltenden unionsrechtlichen Vorschriften zu Zulassung, Kennzeichnung und Verwendung von Biozid-Produkten sowie Neuerungen betr. Verfahren, Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutz: Regelungen für einen effektiven Vollzug, Zuständigkeiten auf Bundesebene, zur Zusammenarbeit beteiligter Bundesoberbehörden und Aufgabenverteilung zwischen Bund und Ländern, Streichung nunmehr überholter oder redundanter Vorschriften, Änderung von Strafvorschriften;<br /> Änderung von 5 Gesetzen und 1 Rechtsverordnung; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Chemikaliengesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012 vom 22. Mai 2012 über die Bereitstellung auf dem Markt und die Verwendung von Biozidprodukten (ABl. L 167, 27.06.2012, S. 1)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Klarstellung zur Entscheidungsbefugnis der Bundesländer über die Zuständigkeiten für Überwachung und Vollstreckung von vorläufigen Anordnungen der Bundesstelle für Chemikalien; Annahme einer Entschließung: unbürokratisch und mit vertretbarem wirtschaftlichem Aufwand zu erbringender Sachkundenachweis für die Anwendung blutgerinnungshemmender Rodentizide, Entwicklung technischer Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
