Anpassung an EU-Recht: Anpassung einiger Verweise auf die Richtlinie, Klarstellung zur tatsächlichen Erhebungspraxis der abschnittsweisen Berechnung und Rundung, Einsatz optisch-elektronischer Einrichtungen bei Überwachungsaufgaben des Bundesamtes für Güterverkehr, Vorschrift zur Bekanntgabe von Verwaltungsakten im Ausland; Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Richtlinie 2011/76/EU vom 27. September 2011 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 1999/62/EG über die Erhebung von Gebühren für die Benutzung bestimmter Verkehrswege durch schwere Nutzfahrzeuge (ABl. L 269, 14.10.2011, S.1) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Festsetzung der Mautsätze künftig ausschließlich durch Gesetz, Aufhebung der bisherigen Verordnungsermächtigung, redaktionelle Änderungen sowie Klarstellungen; Erneute Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ und Anlagen Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz sowie zusätzliche Änderung § 6 LKW-Maut-Verordnung
