Dauerhafte Gewährleistung des laufenden Betriebs stabiler und voll ausgebauter Deutscher Auslandsschulen durch Einführung eines gesetzlichen Förderanspruchs anstelle von Zuwendungsgewährung über die Bundeshaushaltsordnung: Anwendungsbereich und Begriffsbestimmungen sowie Voraussetzungen, Umfang und Verfahren der Förderung;<br /> <br /> Bezug: Antrag "Deutsches Auslandsschulwesen stärken und weiterentwickeln" auf BT-Drs 16/9303<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold">Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</span> Aufnahme weiterer Abschlüsse und Erleichterung der Förderfähigkeit, Notwendigkeit von Schuldgeldermäßigung für Einkommensschwache und von inklusivem Unterricht, Förderung des sog. Deutschen Sprachdiploms an anderen Schulen;<br /> Änderung §§ 2, 8, 9 und 12, Umsetzung §§ 17 alt und 18 alt sowie Einfügung § 17 neu Auslandsschulgesetz
