Summary
Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinie 2009/30/EG in deutsches Recht: Konkretisierung von Ottokraftstoff-Bestandsschutzsorten in einer novellierten Verordnung über die Beschaffenheit und die Auszeichnung von Qualitäten von Kraft- und Brennstoffen (10. BImSchV), Ermächtigungen zur Information der Verbraucher über Zusammensetzung und geeigneten Einsatz verschiedener Kraftstoffmischungen sowie zur Umsetzung von Berichtspflichten;<br /> Änderung §§ 13 und 34 Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Es entstehen keine Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>begriffliche Anpassungen der rechtlichen Bezugnahmen an den Vertrag von Lissabon, Berücksichtigung des Änderungsvorschlages des Bundesrats zur Klarstellung des Vollzugs der zu erlassenden Rechtsverordnung durch Bundesbehörden<br /> <br /> <strong>Bezug: </strong>Richtlinie 2009/30/EG vom 23. April 2009 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 98/70/EG im Hinblick auf die Spezifikationen für Otto-, Diesel und Gasölkraftstoffe und die Einführung eines Systems zur Überwachung und Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen sowie zur Änderung der Richtlinie 1999/32/EG des Rates im Hinblick auf die Spezifikationen für von Binnenschiffen gebrauchte Kraftstoffe und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 93/12/EWG (Abl. EG Nr. L 140, 05.06.2009, S. 88)
