Pflege und Erziehung, Begrenzung der Fallzahlen; bei Betreuern und Berufsbetreuern mangelnder persönlicher Kontakt als Entlassungsgrund; Berichtspflichten und Aufsicht bei Amtsvormündern und Betreuern Änderung §§ 1793, 1800, 1837, 1840 und 1908b Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch sowie Änderung § 55 Achtes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch Bezug: Arbeitsgruppe "Familiengerichtliche Maßnahmen bei Gefährdung des Kindeswohls - § 1666 BGB" des BMJ Evaluation des Zweiten Betreuungsrechtsänderungsgesetzes Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Pflicht zur unverzüglichen Nachholung einer unterbliebenen Anhörung des Kindes oder Jugendlichen, weitere Klarstellungen in den Bereichen Abweichung vom monatlichen Regelbesuch und Wahrnehmung der persönlichen Betreuung; Erneute Änderung § 1793 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch sowie § 55 Achtes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch
