Umsetzung der Regelungsaufträge der EU-Verordnung 1221/2009 betr. Zulassung, Beaufsichtigung und Registrierung von Umweltgutachtern und -organisationen in innerstaatliches Recht: Terminologieänderungen und Anpassungen an Verweisungen, Abschaffung der Registrierungsmöglichkeit von Teilstandorten, Registrierungsmöglichkeit von Organisationen mit Sitz außerhalb der EU; Änderung versch. §§ Umweltauditgesetz sowie Änderung des Langtitels in Gesetz zur Ausführung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1221/2009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 25. November 2009 über die freiwillige Teilnahme von Organisationen an einem Gemeinschaftssystem für Umweltmanagement und Umweltbetriebsprüfung und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 761/2001, sowie der Beschlüsse der Kommission 2001/681/EG und 2006/193/EG; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1221/2009 vom 25. November 2009 über die freiwillige Teilnahme von Organisationen an einem Gemeinschaftssystem für Umweltmanagement und Umweltbetriebsprüfung und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 761/2001, sowie der Beschlüsse der Kommission 2001/681/EG und 2006/193/EG (ABl. EG Nr. L 342, 22.12.2009, S. 1) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Aktualisierung eines Normenverweises, Ersetzung des Widerrufs der Zulassung oder Fachkenntnisbescheinigung bei Anstellung im öffentlichen Dienst durch ein Ausübungsverbot
