Summary

Anpassung bestehender agrarstatistischer Regelungen an neue EU-rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, Einführung bzw. Anhebung der unteren Erfassungsgrenzen in den Spezialerhebungen zur Bodennutzung, Reduzierung der Ernteberichterstattung, Anordnung einer neu konzipierten Gemüseerhebung mit Auskunftspflicht sowie einer jährlichen Statistik zu Strauchbeerenobst und zu Aquakulturen, Änderung weiterer Rechtsvorschriften zu anderen Statistikbereichen, Bestimmungen zur Sicherung der Qualität der statistischen Ergebnisse;<br /> Neufassung § 99 sowie Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Agrarstatistikgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 543/2009 vom 18. Juni 2009 über die Statistik der pflanzlichen Erzeugung und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 837/90 und (EWG) Nr. 959/93 des Rates (ABl. EG Nr. L 167, 29.06.2009, S. 1)<br /> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 762/2008 vom 9. Juli 2008 über die Vorlage von Aquakulturstatistiken durch die Mitgliedstaaten und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 788/96 des Rates (ABl. EG Nr. L 218, 13.08.2008, S. 1)<br /> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 436/2009 vom 26. Mai 2009 mit Durchführungsbestimmungen zur Verordnung (EG) Nr. 479/2008 des Rates hinsichtlich der Weinbaukartei, der obligatorischen Meldungen und der Sammlung von Informationen zur Überwachung des Marktes, der Begleitdokumente für die Beförderung von Weinbauerzeugnissen und der Ein- und Ausgangsbücher im Weinsektor (ABl. EG Nr. L 128, 27.05.2009, S. 15; ABl. EG Nr. L 31, 03.02.2010, S. 20)<br /> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 889/2008 vom 5.
