Summary
Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinie über Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards für zur Transplantation vorgesehene menschliche Organe, Festlegung einheitlicher Bestimmungen für Entnahmekrankenhäuser, Transplantationszentren und andere Bereitstellungsorganisationen, Einführung von Transplantationsbeauftragten, Stärkung und Überwachung der Deutschen Stiftung Organtransplantation (DSO) als nationale Koordinierungsstelle, Verfahrensanweisungen für den Organspendeprozess, postmortale Organentnahmen, Verankerung der Aufgaben der Entnahmekrankenhäuser, Angaben zur Organ- und Spendercharakterisierung, System der Rückverfolgbarkeit, Meldung schwerwiegender Zwischenfälle;<br /> Einfügung §§ 9a, 9b und 10a sowie Änderung versch. §§ Transplantationsgesetz, Änderung § 115a Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2010/45/EU vom 7. Juli 2010 über Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards für zur Transplantation bestimmte menschliche Organe (ABl. EG Nr. L 207, 06.08.2010, S. 14; ABl. EG Nr. L 243, 16.09.2010, S. 68)<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold">Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</span> Konkretisierung der Anforderungen an den Transplantationsbeauftragten, Schlichtungsverfahren für die Festlegung der Aufwandserstattung in den Verträgen, verstärkte Kontrolle der Koordinierungsstelle, deutliche Verbesserung der Absicherung des Organlebendspenders, Entgeltfortzahlung, Zuständigkeit für Leistungen an die Spender, Erweiterung des Unfallversicherungsschutzes;<br /> Erneute Änderung versch. §§ Transplantationsgesetz sowie weitere Änderungen in 7 Gesetzen und einer Rechtsverordnung
