Umsetzung der Richtlinie durch Einführung eines neuen befristeten Aufenthaltstitels "Blaue Karte EU" mit Begleitregelungen sowie Änderungen betr. aufenthaltsrechtliche Verfahren; Erleichterung des Zugangs ausländischer Absolventen deutscher Hochschulen zum deutschen Arbeitsmarkt und Absenkung der Gehaltsvorgaben beim dauerhaften Zuzug Hochqualifizierter;<br /> Einfügung §§ 18b, 19a, 91f und 105c sowie Änderung zahlr §§ Aufenthaltsgesetz sowie einzelner §§ in weiteren 3 Gesetzen und 4 Rechtsverordnungen; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2009/50/EG vom 25. Mai 2009 über die Bedingungen für die Einreise und den Aufenthalt von Drittstaatsangehörigen zur Ausübung einer hochqualifizierten Beschäftigung (ABl. EG Nr. L 155, 18.06.2009, S. 17)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Erleichterungen in den Bereichen erlaubnisfreie Beschäftigung von Studenten, Frist zur Arbeitsplatzsuche und Aufenthaltstitel für Unternehmensgründer, Einführung von Aufenthaltstiteln zur Arbeitsplatzsuche, Änderungen betr. Blaue Karte EU;<br /> Zusätzliche Einfügung §§ 18c und 21, Verzicht auf Einfügung § 105c, Verzicht auf Änderung § 87 sowie zusätzliche und erneute Änderung versch. §§ Aufenthaltsgesetz, zusätzliche und erneute Änderung in 1 Gesetz und 4 Rechtsverordnungen
