November 2003 (Prospektrichtlinie) durch die Europäische Kommission fünf Jahre nach Inkrafttreten<br /> Aktionsprogramm der Europäischen Kommission zur Verringerung der Verwaltungslasten in der Europäischen Union<br /> Richtlinie 2010/73/EU vom 24. November 2010 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2003/71/EG betreffend den Prospekt, der beim öffentlichen Angebot von Wertpapieren oder bei deren Zulassung zum Handel zu veröffentlichen ist, und der Richtlinie 2004/109/EG zur Harmonisierung der Transparenzanforderungen in Bezug auf Informationen über Emittenten, deren Wertpapiere zum Handel auf einem geregelten Markt zugelassen sind (ABl.
