Umsetzung der Beschlüsse des Rates zur Stärkung und Effizienzsteigerung von Eurojust: Regelungen in den Bereichen Koordinierungsdauerdienst, Befugnisse der nationalen Mitglieder, nationale Koordinierungssysteme und Unterrichtungspflichten, Ausweitung und Anlehnung der Zuständigkeiten an Europol, Straftatenkatalog; gesetzliche Verankerung betr. Europäisches Justizielles Netz, nationale Zuständigkeiten;<br /> Einfügung §§ 4a bis 4d, Neufassung §§ 6 und 14 sowie Änderung zahlr weiterer §§ Eurojust-Gesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Beschluss 2009/426/JI vom 16.
