Dauerhafte Beibehaltung des Musterverfahrens in kaptialmarktrechtlichen Streitigkeiten durch Aufhebung der Befristung bei Änderungen nach positiver Evaluation: moderate Ausweitung des Anwendungsbereichs, Erleichterung der gütlichen Streitbeilegung sowie Verfahrensbeschleunigung;<br /> Konstitutive Neufassung Gesetz über Musterverfahren in kapitalmarktrechtlichen Streitigkeiten (<span style="font-weight: bold;">Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetz</span> - KapMuG) und Änderung einzelner §§ in 5 Gesetzen, Aufhebung Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetz alte Fassung; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Evaluation des Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetzes vom 14. Oktober 2009<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold">Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</span> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Reform des Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetzes); Einführung der "Anmeldung eines Anspruchs" unterhalb einer förmlichen Verfahrensbeteiligung, Änderungen in den Bereichen Wirksamwerden eines Vergleichs, Beibehalt von Rechtsbehelfen sowie verfahrensrechtliche und redaktionelle Anpassungen, erneute Befristung bis zum 31. Oktober 2020 betr. erneute Evaluation; Verlängerung der Ausnahme von der Versicherungspflicht für Fahrzeuge der Land- und Bauwirtschaft um zwei Jahre betr. Abschluss der Evaluation;<br /> Änderung versch. §§ sowie Einfügung § 28 Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetz, erneute Änderung von 2 weiteren und zusätzliche Änderung von 4 weiteren Gesetzen
