Umsetzung der Evaluation betr. Conterganstiftungsgesetz: Umstellung der Leistungen für spezifische Bedarfe auf Pauschalisierung ohne gesonderten Antrag, Nutzung freiwerdender Verwaltungskapazitäten zur Beratung; weitere Änderungen: enumerative Auflistung der Aufgaben des Stiftungsrates bei Übernahme aus der Satzung, Haftungsbeschränkung ehrenamtlicher Organmitgliedern, aufsichtsrechtliche Befugnisse und Eintrittsrechte des BMFSFJ, Verlängerung des Berichtszeitraums auf 4 Jahre, redaktionelle Anpassungen (u.a. dynamisierte Mindest- und Höchstbeträge der Conterganrenten) Änderung zahlr §§ Conterganstiftungsgesetz Bezug: Erster Bericht der Bundesregierung über die Auswirkungen des Conterganstiftungsgesetzes sowie über die gegebenenfalls notwendige Weiterentwicklung dieser Vorschriften, BT-Drs 18/8780 Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Verzicht auf Änderung der Stiftungsstruktur bis zum Vorliegend einer entsprechenden Evaluation, abschließende gesetzliche Regelungen zur Beschlussfähigkeit des Stiftungsrates; Freistellung von Einkommensanrechnungen gemäß Bundesteilhabegesetz; Evaluation der Stiftungsstruktur in dem in zwei Jahren anstehenden Bericht; Erneute Änderung §§ 6, 7, 18 und 25 sowie Verzicht auf Änderung § 10 Conterganstiftungsgesetz Bezug: Bundesteilhabegesetz, siehe GESTA G032
