Innerstaatliche Umsetzung von EU-Recht: Neufassung bzw. Konkretisierung der Bestimmungen zur Konformitätsbewertung, zu Marktüberwachung und zur Kennzeichnung von Explosivstoffen (Einführung einer Registrierungsnummer für pyrotechnische Gegenstände und Führen eines Verzeichnisses durch den Hersteller); Änderung und Einführung versch. §§ Sprengstoffgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Richtlinie 2013/29/EU vom 12.06.2013 zur Harmonisierung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die Bereitstellung pyrotechnischer Gegenstände auf dem Markt (Neufassung) (ABl. L 178, 28.06.2013, S. 27) ; Richtlinie 2014/28/EU vom 26.02.2014 zur Harmonisierung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die Bereitstellung auf dem Markt und die Kontrolle von Explosivstoffen für zivile Zwecke (Neufassung) (ABl. L 96, 29.03.2014, S. 1) ; Durchführungsrichtlinie 2014/58/EU der Kommission vom 16.04.2014 über die Errichtung eines Systems zur Rückverfolgbarkeit von pyrotechnischen Gegenständen gemäß der Richtlinie 2007/23/EG (ABl. L 115, 17.04.2014, S. 28) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Streichen zusätzlicher nationaler Anzeigepflicht für Hersteller oder Einführer von Pyrotechnik, Präzisierungen betr. Gewährleistung von Sicherheitsanforderungen durch Einführer und Händler, Klarstellungen und redaktionelle Änderungen; Erneute Änderung versch. §§ Sprengstoffgesetz Bezug: Entscheidung des Europäischen Gerichtshofs vom 27.
