Umsetzung von EU-Recht zur Änderung von Verfahrensvorschriften betr. grenzüberschreitender Tätigkeit von Tierärzten: obligatorische Nutzung des Binnenmarkt-Informationssystems (IMI-System) für die gegenseitige Information zuständiger Behörden der Mitgliedstaaten, Vorwarnmechanismus über standes- oder strafrechtliche Sanktionen (Verbot oder Beschränkung der Berufstätigkeit), Möglichkeit der elektronischen Übermittlung von Antragsunterlagen, Einführung eines elektronischen Berufsausweises sowie teilweisen Zugangs zu tierärztlichen Berufstätigkeiten; Änderungen betr. tierärztlicher Approbation, Eignungs- und Kenntnisstandprüfung im Anerkennungsverfahren sowie Überwachungs- und Sanktionsmöglichkeiten;<br /> Änderung, Einfügung und Aufhebung versch. §§ sowie Änderung Anlage Bundes-Tierärzteordnung; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2013/55/EU vom 20.
