Verfahrensstraffung bei Änderung bereits EU-rechtlich geschützter Ursprungsbezeichnungen und geografischer Angaben sowie Vorbeugung von Marktstörungen: Länderermächtigung betr. Gründung und Anerkennung von Organisationen zur Verwaltung herkunftsgeschützter Weinnamen und zur Verfahrensverkürzung bei der Änderung von Produktspezifikationen, Hektarhöchstertrag für nicht herkunftsgeschützten Wein, insb. für Flächen außerhalb der Anbau- und Landweingebiete, Begrenzung der Neuanpflanzungen für 2018 und 2019 auf 0,3 % der deutschen Rebfläche, Einbeziehung der Stadtstaaten in die 5-ha-Regelung (Vorwegabzug), Korrektur redaktioneller Fehler; Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Weingesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1308/2013 vom 17. Dezember 2013 über eine gemeinsame Marktorganisation für landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 922/72, (EWG) Nr. 234/79, (EG) Nr. 1037/2001 und (EG) Nr. 1234/2007 (ABl. L 347, 20.12.2013, S. 671) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Zehntes Gesetz zur Änderung des Weingesetzes); Ausweitung der Begrenzung der Neuanpflanzungen auf 2020, bundeseinheitlich anwendbare Regelung zum Hektarertrag bei fehlender Landesregelung; Klarstellungen, redaktionelle und weitere Folgeänderungen; Erneute Änderung §§ 7 und 9, Änderung § 22 g sowie zusätzliche Änderung §§ 43 und 44 Weingesetz bzw. § 9 Agrarmarktstrukturgesetz
