Verankerung der Funktionen des Geheim- sowie des Sabotageschutzbeauftragten in öffentlichen Stellen; Aufnahme von Regelungen zum materiellen Geheimschutz, u.a. Definition allgemeiner Grundsätze zum Schutz von Verschlusssachen und Bestimmung der Mitwirkung des Bundesamtes für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik; Vereinfachung des Verfahrens und der Transparenz bei der Sicherheitsüberprüfung (u.a. Ermöglichung elektronischer Kommunikation und Unterrichtung betroffener Personen über das Ergebnis der Überprüfung); Einführung geschlechtsneutraler Personenbezeichnungen im SÜG; Aufgabenerweiterung des Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz betr.
