Summary
Förderung des Car-Sharing in Städten und Gemeinden durch Schaffung einer Ermächtigungsgrundlage zur Parkbevorrechtigung und Parkgebührenbefreiung oder -erleichterung für Carsharingfahrzeuge sowie einer dafür erforderlichen Kennzeichnung der Fahrzeuge: Bereitstellung von Parkflächen zur alleinigen Nutzung durch Carsharinganbieter mit stationsbasierten oder stationsungebundenen Angeboten sowie von Abhol- und Rückgabeflächen in den Ortsdurchfahrten der Bundesstraßen (mittels Vergabeverfahren, Sondernutzung für 5 Jahre befristet), Definition förderfähiger Fahrzeuge, nähere Bestimmung der Bevorrechtigungen;<br /> Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Entschließung des Bundesrates auf BR-Drs 553/13 (Beschluss)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Verlängerung der Frist von Sondernutzungserlaubnissen für reservierte Stellplätze von 5 auf 8 Jahre, Regelung der Zuständigkeit und Bestimmung der zuständigen Behörde durch die Länder, Klarstellungen und redaktionelle Änderungen;<br /> Änderung § 5 Carsharinggesetz sowie Anlage Teil 3
