Umsetzung der unionsrechtlichen Verpflichtung betr. Benennung einer unabhängigen und unparteiischen Nationalen Stelle zur Beurteilung der Einhaltung der nach Vorgaben delegierter EU-Verordnungen aufgestellten Anforderungen der Spezifikationen durch die Anbieter von Verkehrsinformationen: Übertragung der Zuständigkeit und Aufgabenwahrnehmung zur Überprüfung der Datenlieferungen der Straßenverkehrsbehörden, Straßenbetreiber u. a. Datenlieferanten an die Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen (BASt), Umsetzung der Überprüfungspflicht durch Beurteilung der eingereichten sogen. Eigenerklärungen nach dem Zufallsprinzip (stichprobenartige Überprüfung);<br /> Änderung § 2 und Einfügung §§ 5,6 und 7 Intelligente Verkehrssysteme Gesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Delegierte VO (EU) Nr. 2015/962 vom 18. Dezember 2014 zur Ergänzung der Richtlinie 2010/40/EU hinsichtlich der Bereitstellung EU-weiter Echtzeit-Verkehrsinformationsdienste ; Delegierte VO (EU) Nr. 886/2013 vom 15. Mai 2013 in Bezug auf Daten und Verfahren für die möglichst unentgeltliche Bereitstellung eines Mindestniveaus allgemeiner für die Straßenverkehrssicherheit relevanter Verkehrsinformationen für die Nutzer ; Delegierte VO (EU) Nr. 885/2013 vom 15. Mai 2013 in Bezug auf die Bereitstellung von Informationsdiensten für sichere Parkplätze für Lastkraftwagen und andere gewerbliche Fahrzeuge
