Summary

Verwendung von Fluggastdatensätzen (PNR-Daten) zur Verhütung, Aufdeckung, Ermittlung und Verfolgung von terroristischen Straftaten und schwerer Kriminalität: Benennung des BKA als nationale zentrale Stelle für die Verarbeitung von Fluggastdaten (Fluggastdatenzentralstelle) und für den Unterhalt eines Fluggastdaten-Informationssystems, Auftragsdatenverarbeitung durch das Bundesverwaltungsamt; Regelungen betr. Datenübermittlung durch Luftfahrt- und andere Unternehmen an die Fluggastdatenzentralstelle, Datenverarbeitung und -abgleich sowie Übermittlung von Fluggastdaten durch die Zentralstelle an Behörden im Inland, EU-Mitgliedstaaten, Europol sowie Drittstaaten; datenschutzrechtliche Bestimmungen Bezug: Richtlinie 2016/681/EU vom 27. April 2016 über die Verwendung von Fluggastdatensätzen (PNR-Daten) zur Verhütung, Aufdeckung, Ermittlung und Verfolgung von terroristischen Straftaten und schwerer Kriminalität (ABl.
