Unentgeltliche Bereitstellung unbearbeiteter, zur Erfüllung öffentlich-rechtlicher Aufgaben erhobener, elektronisch gespeicherter und in Sammlungen strukturiert vorliegender Daten der Behörden der unmittelbaren Bundesverwaltung als offene Daten, Orientierung der Regelung an international anerkannten Open-Data-Prinzipien, Beachtung von Ausnahmetatbeständen, insb. datenschutzrechtlicher und spezialgesetzlicher Regelungen; Einfügung § 12a und Änderung § 19 E-Government-Gesetz Bezug: Vereinbarung im Koalitionsvertrag zu einem Gesetz für die Bereitstellung offener Daten durch die Bundesverwaltung Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Herstellung größtmöglicher Kohärenz zwischen den Ausnahmen nach dem Informationsfreiheitsgesetz und den Ausnahmen bei der Bereitstellung offener Daten, Einrichtung einer Beratungsstelle zu Fragen der Bereitstellung von Daten als offene Daten, Evaluierung und Bericht an den Deutschen Bundestag innerhalb von 4 Jahren nach Inkrafttreten; Verlängerung der Frist zur Antragstellung im Zweiten Dopingopfer-Hilfegesetz; Erneute Änderung §§ 12a und 19 E-Government-Gesetz, Änderung § 4 Zweites Dopingopfer-Hilfegesetz
