Ratifikation des am 1. Oktober 2013 in New York unterzeichneten Protokolls als Konkretisierung von Art. 15 Tabakrahmenübereinkommen zur Bekämpfung grenzüberschreitenden Tabakschmuggels im Rahmen internationaler organisierter Kriminalität, u.a. zur Gewährleistung des Gesundheitsschutzes und Vermeidung von Steuerausfällen: Regelungen betr. internationaler Zusammenarbeit, Überwachung der gesamten Lieferkette, Lizenz- bzw. Kontrollsystem sowie weltweites Verfolgungs- und Rückverfolgungssystem für Tabakprodukte, Buchführungspflichten, Verfolgung von Verstößen<br /> <br /> Bezug: Artikel 15 des Rahmen-Übereinkommens der Weltgesundheitsorganisation vom 21.
