Klarstellung zur Ermöglichung von Sammelausschreibungen bei der Besetzung von Bezirken, Änderungen zur Verbesserung der Kehrbezirksverwaltung, Gebührenregelungen, Verstärkung des Wettbewerbs mit anderen Gewerken, Verschärfung der Neutralitätsanforderungen an bevollmächtigte Bezirksschornsteinfeger, weitere klarstellende Regelungen, z.B. betr. Festlegungen zu Schornsteinfegerarbeiten durch einen Feuerstättenbescheid sowie bevollmächtigtem Bezirksschornsteinfeger, redaktionelle und rechtsbereinigende Änderungen; Einschränkung von Grundrechten betr.
