Anpassung an Unionsrecht: Anordnung einer Erhebung im Produktionsgartenbau für 2016, Verschiebung von Zierpflanzen-und Baumschulerhebung auf 2017 (Fortsetzung des vierjährlichen Turnus), Erweiterung des Merkmalskatalogs der Agrarstrukturerhebung, Anpassung der Erhebungen für Baumobstanbau und Rebflächen sowie in Unternehmen mit Hennenhaltung an aktuellen Datenbedarf, Veränderung der Erfassungsgrenzen für Geflügel, Zentralisierung der Erhebung in Holzbearbeitungsbetrieben zur Straffung von Verwaltungsaufgaben, Erweiterung der Auswertungsmöglichkeiten des Betriebsregisters Landwirtschaft; Änderung und Neufassung zahlr. §§ Agrarstatistikgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1337 vom 13. Dezember 2011 zu europäischen Statistiken über Dauerkulturen und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 357/79 und der Richtlinie 2001/109/EG (ABl. L 347, 30.12.2011, S. 7) ; Verordnung (EU) Nr. 715/2014 vom 26. Juni 2014 zur Änderung von Anhang III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1166/2008 über die Betriebsstrukturerhebungen und die Erhebung über landwirtschaftliche Produktionsmethoden im Hinblick auf die Liste der bei der Betriebsstrukturerhebung 2016 zu erhebenden Merkmale (ABl. L 190, 28.06.2014, S. 8) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Festlegung eines Berichtszeitraums (Kalenderjahr) für die Erhebung des Energieverbrauchs in Gartenbaubetrieben, redaktionelle Anpassung der Inhaltsübersicht, neue allgemeine Handlungsverbote im Hinblick auf die Verwendung von Informationen sowie Vorschriften zu krankheitsbezogenen Informationen über Lebensmittel, neue Strafvorschriften für das Inverkehrbringen nicht den Anforderungen entsprechender Lebensmittel; Einfügung Artikel 2; Änderung §§ 3, 11, 59 und 60 sowie Aufhebung § 12 Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch Bezug: Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1169/2011 vom 25. Oktober 2011 betreffend die Information der Verbraucher über Lebensmittel und zur Änderung der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 1924/2006 und (EG) Nr. 1925/2006 und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 87/250/EWG, der Richtlinie 90/496/EWG, der Richtlinie 1999/10/EG, der Richtlinie 2000/13/EG, der Richtlinien 2002/67/EG und 2008/5/EG und der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 608/2004 (ABl.
