Fortschreibung der bisherigen Regelung zur finanziellen Unterstützung der Länder im Bereich des Öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (insbesondere zur Finanzierung des Schienenpersonennahverkehrs) um ein Jahr durch Dynamisierung der Zuweisungen mit dem Faktor 1,5 Prozent für 2015, Verschiebung des gesetzlichen Auftrages zur Revision der Regionalisierungsmittel auf 2016;<br /> Änderung § 5 Regionalisierungsgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Siehe auch GESTA J009<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Vermittlungsausschusses: </strong>Betragserhöhung der Regionalisierungsmittel für 2016 auf 8 Mrd Euro, ab 2017 bis 2031 jährlicher Anstieg um 1,8 Prozent, Ermächtigung zur Festlegung der Prozentsätze zur Betragsaufteilung auf die Länder durch Rechtsverordnung, Begrenzung des Anstiegs der Infrastrukturentgelte (Stations- und Trassenentgelte) nach Maßgabe des Eisenbahnregulierungsrechts, jährliche Verwendungsnachweise durch die Länder jeweils zum 30. September des Folgejahres, Erstellung eines Gesamtberichts der Bundesregierung zur Vorlage für den Bundestag und Veröffentlichung;<br /> Erneute Änderung § 5, Änderung § 6 sowie Anfügung Anlage zum Verwendungsnachweis; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> <strong>Protokollerklärung der Bundesregierung zum Vermittlungsverfahren: </strong>unverzügliche gemeinsame Erarbeitung der Rechtsverordnung von Bund und Ländern sowie Gültigkeit zum 1.
